1, Product Descriptions
In order to meet customers’ needs, we accept customization, defined as customized projects or products. When customization needs arise, elaborate products descriptions and technical information, such as functions,specifications, and parameters data are required.
2, Order Processing
When the projects or products are designed or chosen, you can contact our service staff directly and advise the functions,specifications, quantity, packing and parameters data, or provide relatedd drawings and pictures. Then quotation, delivery time, technical & quality information, etc. of the customized projects or products will be provided to you for your approval without delay.
3, Signing Contracts
A sales contract will be presented for your check and approval after all details of the customized projects or products are confirmed and agreed by two parties. Then sign and return the contract to our company. We will produce products according to the customization requirements and fulfill the order in the two sides’ agreed period.
4, Confirming Samples
After the contract is signed, if samples are required, in order to reduce the trial-producing waste we will inform you of confirming the samples and then decide whether to produce the mass cargo or not, since the projects or products are customized.
5, Payment terms
Advance payment required when entering intocontracts, balance paid before goods shipped, or through consultation.
6, Arranging Shipment
All goods will be shipped by our appointed logistics service company except you have specified delivery requirements,which are supposed to be notified in advance. Accurate shipping date, quantity,transport company name, tracking number and phone number for inquiries will be informed once the goods dispatched.
